3. Orders & Payments

• All prices are listed in INR and include applicable taxes.
• We accept secure payments via UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, and Razorpay.
• Orders are only confirmed once payment is successfully processed.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship products across India using trusted courier services. Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days. Tracking information will be shared upon dispatch.

5. Returns & Refunds

We offer refunds or replacements in case of defective or damaged products reported within 7 days of delivery. Proof of damage (photo/video) is required. No refunds for change-of-mind purchases after shipment.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any financial losses, downtime, or indirect damages arising from the use of the Nerd Miner device. You use the product at your own risk and discretion.
