We strive to provide quality hardware with reliable service. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which returns and refunds may be accepted.

2. Eligibility for Return

• You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your product.
• Only products that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped are eligible.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at support@nerdminer.in with:

• Order number
• Photo/video evidence of the issue
• Your contact information

We will review the request and respond within 2 business days.

4. Refund Processing

If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of return verification. UPI and wallet refunds may be processed faster.

5. Exchanges

In case of a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, we offer a replacement unit at no additional cost. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

6. Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used products
• Items damaged due to user mishandling or modification
• Products returned after 7 days of delivery

7. Shipping for Returns

We will provide return shipping details once the return is approved. In some cases, you may be asked to ship the item back to our address in Behror, Rajasthan.
